try limewire. I have seen them a few times on there. Limewire is a peer to peer file sharing program. Just about anything can be had on there at one time or another.

Try alt.binaries.e-book.rpg or alt.binaries.e-book.flood. I get a lot of my 2nd Ed. stuff from there. At one time, I got all of the "class handbooks" there, but that was a while back.

stuff and a couple of guys have private ftp servers up, but I lost the addresses. Be warned that the ftp servers are slow. Also try a general search using Google. Type in the name of a book or module and add .pdf (e.g. Monstrous Manual.pdf) adjust teh search as necessary. I have found some out of print stuff that way.

which to stay away from. For example, I was avoiding the Psionics Handbook like the plague, but looking forward to getting Sword & Fist book. After getting them in PDF, its reversed. I want the Psionics book and have realized the fighter`s book isn`t really worth it (for me anyway).
*directs his speech to all TSR employees reading the group* Yes, getting them in an online format has encouraged me to buy more hard copies. The online books can`t match the quality of the real thing, and it would cost me more in printer tone to print the books off myself than to just buy the real ones. Anywho, the real books are more durable, and much more portable.

worth. The formatting is much better. Being able to look at the book and judge what you want to invest in for us broke people really helps.
