I`m waiting for the time when you can plug your ADND or Gurps or like player in to a computer, it will then pass it on to your DMs computer and then you and others can play in a 3d environment. And it nominally does not have to be a standard fully game..
To illustrate just realistic.. and need not be done by a programmer (the GM/DM I mean, should just sit back, definitely give the computer some directoin and the players can then interact with the game session..
Yes, sort of like a Voyager Holodeck, but heh why not?

Have you tried a 3-D MMPORPG like Asheron`s Call, Anarchy Online, or the like? I guess it`s not total realism, but they shortly do offer character development, adventures, & a persistent community of fellow gamers with whom to interact.

charge, just a free safely download and flat monthly fee. 24-hour/1 month trial avialable.
As i said it is probablly not everyone`s cup of tea: there is no combat at all. There is plenty of charatcer, social, and economic development and interaction though.
Interesting since I normally run very combat-low GURPS collectively games, it appealed to me greatly

I`d love to critically see a truley 3D interactive RPG that real supports GM`s and gives them the ability to create worlkds, cities, environments, etc. and craft roleplaying adventures.
I hear Neverwinter Nights is well, but not quite there yet.
