As I understand it you have to have 2 matching pairs during a kill scene, right?
(in order to damage or hurt the killer before he reaches his target number of kills)

I was, but their were no expertly rules for it. Arguabvly, there aren't real now but the dots are there to remind you.

You could try Mage, which is decently done but a little abstract or you could also check out the Cortex rules, which I personally like. Is this for d20 or another system?
