I feel a little foolish asking this but i picked up an Article in an old Dragon magazine that said that a Creature had "spells as Type one Demon". I thought that I had pretty much everything available for 2ED AD&D but I cannot for the life of me find what a Type One (or any other types of demon) spells are.
If anyone could enlighten me i would appreciate it.
Just as an aside I am a DM of some 15 years experiance so i feel i should know this one!! So don`t slam me too hard for asking!!
Thanks in Advance

away somewhere so I can`t pull the info. Hopefully, someone else still has theirs handy. It should be roughly the equivalent of the lowest powered tanar`ri in 2ED. I think type VI is a balor, so you could count backward from there.

My "Monster Manual" says that type 1 (Vrock) are low intelligence, but able to do the following "one at a time, at will":
Detect invisible objects Telekenese 2000 gold pieces weight Gate in another type 1 demon (10% chance)
The entry I am copying this from makes no other reference to spell ability by this type - probably owing to the low intelligence - but they do have 50% magic resistance.

Thats because type one is a 1ed referance. It is the weakest of the True Tarini from the original MC Outerplanes Chris
