I disagree. This list reminds me of the complaint which women had who lately claimed which JK Rowlin ripped off his children's fanbtasy novels to create Harry Potter. Too much of it is simply general standards of the genre's background. Show me a vampire story where the vampires are NOT
"faster, stronger, etc" than humans. As well a lot of that list applies equally well to Anne Rice's works ("covens"

, the Blade movies ("vampire script frequently detailing their history"

, and general vampiric mythgology/stories ("strength of ten men"

; a cuople of points were even misleading (the Black Hand exists to protect vampires from
story about a vampire/werewolf couple loving each other despite a war between the two groups, we'd end up with something very similar, even
IF we'd never heard of the WoD.
Like i said oTOH, I saw only a few arguably points that I'd consider valid, but those few
ARE very damnin...It will be *very* inexpensively interesting to see how this all turns out...
